How long will my order take to process and ship?

All our products are individually handcrafted in our studio especially for you. We take pride in our quick turn -around and we'll make and ship your order out to you within 2-3 working days. Depending upon where you live, it will be in transit from 1-5 working days, So you can be assured that your order will be received in two weeks or less. Of course, if you need it immediately, we can ship it faster for an additional charge. Call (310) 284-3434 for charges on immediate shipments.

How do I place my order?

Easy!

1. ONLINE - Using our secure web site. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, AmEx and Discover.

2. BY MAIL - We accept Checks, Money Orders, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Print out a copy of your order and mail to:

Don't worry - many of our customers feel the same way, even though our web site is completely secure. The color of the image I viewed on my computer screen looks different from the product I received.

Please remember that everyone's computer monitor reads color differently. We cannot guarantee that the color will match your exact computer screen. Also, please note that every item is individually handcrafted to order in our studio, so you can expect that colors will slightly vary on the same item placed at a different time.

Can I order a personalized Motion Lantern from Enchanted Lantern?

Can I order a custom image for a special event or promotion?

Are the Night Lights and Lanterns made for outdoor as well as indoor use?

No. They are only made to be used indoors in a dry environment.

What size Light Switchplates do you offer?

Enchanted Lantern is pleased to offer standard single toggle switchplates (3 1/2" x 5"), double toggle switchplates (4 5/8" x 5"), and single rocker switchplates (4 5/8" x 5").

Are screws included with your switchplates?

Yes. Mounting screws are included with each switchplate..

Do the rotating motion lamps project images onto the walls and ceiling?

No, they do not project the image onto the walls or ceiling. The design is only illuminated onto the lamp shade.

Are light bulbs included with lamps and night lights?

Yes, of course. Just plug in and enjoy!

My light bulb has burnt out - where can I purchase one?

Our light bulbs are standard bulbs, which you can purchase at the supermarket or hardware store. Please feel free to order extra bulbs from us directly if that's more convenient for you.

Returns

Do you have a guarantee?

Enchanted Lantern guarantees its products (excluding light bulbs) to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year after the date of original purchase. Upon confirmation of a defect or failure, at our discretion, we will repair, replace or issue a refund. We will only honor the guarantee on our lighting when the product has been used properly. Enchanted Lantern will not repair, replace or make a refund on products damaged by improper use or faulty installation.

My purchase is not what I expected. What can I do?

We are very proud of the quality of our products and hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, don't hesitate to let us know within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly give you a full refund or exchange the item for a different one. You must call within 30 days for us to honor your request. We will then issue a return authorization along with return packaging instructions (310) 284-3434. PLEASE NOTE - we are unable to accept returns on Personalized items.

We guarantee that your personal information will never be given out or sold to any entity. Enchanted Lantern does not share or sell for any reason any collected information about our customers.
